Why does’t anybody talk about bad parents?

Question:

Everywhere is written about bad, disobedient children, who not respect their parents and so on. But why does not anybody talk about bad parents, who mock God firstly and then their children? I would like you to write an article about unbelieving parents who hurt their children. What should the child do in such cases?

It is true that this is a big problem and it must be addressed. When I was put specific questions, I answered them through the following articles:
