Is it a sin to work at hop-picking?

I suppose someone has asked this question because the hops are most commonly used in the brewing of the beer.  It is also used in bakery, to produce various medicines and cosmetics. But, undoubtedly the main application is in the brewing of the beer. If a Christian does not have the freedom of conscience going to work on plantations of hops, he has to find another work place, because it is written in Scripture:

But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because his eating is not from faith; and whatever is not from faith is sin. (Romans 14:23)(NASB)

It is true that the first verse refers to food, but the whole chapter talks about questionable views and then, in the second part of the verse God says that WHATEVER is not from faith is sin. Find another job where you can always work with a clear conscience and being fully aware that through your job you do good to people and not cause damage, grief or illness to anyone. God help you so.
