What to do when you are not happy and feel as if you have someone in mind?

Question:

I got a question: For a long time I do not know what is happiness, I do not laugh and always feel like I have another person in my mind. What to do?

The apostle Paul had felt the same way before he knew Jesus Christ personally and enter the New Covenant with Him.  Here are Paul’s words as written in the Epistle to Romans:

For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. Forthe good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. But if I am doing the very thing I do not want,I am no longer the one doing it, but sin which dwells in me. I find thentheprinciple that evil is present in me, the one who wants to do good. For I joyfully concur with the law of Godinthe inner man, but I seea different law inthe members of my body, waging war against thelaw of my mind and making me a prisonerofthe law of sin which is in my members. Wretched man that I am! Who will set me free fromthe body of thisdeath? (Romans 7:18-24)(NASB)

In the next verse the apostle says:

Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, on the one hand I myself with my mind am serving the law of God, but on the other, with my fleshthe law of sin. (Romans 7:25)(NASB)

And to understand well that through the Lord Jesus Christ he had full release from oppressive state of sin he was in, let us read what the Apostle says in the next verses:

Therefore there is now nocondemnation for those who areinChrist Jesus. Forthe law of the Spirit of lifeinChrist Jesushas set you free from the law of sin and of death. (Romans 8:1-2)(NASB)

That second person you say you feel you have in your mind is the law of sin which is in your limbs and you will be freed from it only when you repent and enter the New Covenant with Jesus Christ. God help you make this important step. Then you will find the true happiness. Lord Jesus told his disciples:

These things I have spoken to you so that My joy may be in you, and that yourjoy may be made full. (John 15:11)(NASB)

This joy and peace filled the hearts of the saints of all times and so will be in your life if you choose to become a true disciple of Jesus Christ. So help you God.
