Five reasons why I don’t believe in evolution

Question:

Mr. Filat, can you give me five reasons why you do not believe in evolution?

Yes, of course. Not to go too far, let us stop only to the question about the origin of the universe.

1. Evolution is irrational

Materialists blame Christians that their faith is not reasonable, but the faith of evolution (which is also a religion) is even more irrational. Here is a quote from a book for children:

“Today, astronomers think they have found the answer in the Big Bang theory. According to this theory, the Universe was formed from a single dot, due to a huge initial explosion. If the universe is expanding, as the findings seem to show, it is sufficient just go back in time to conclude that everything started from a single dot. But what caused the Big Bang?” (Great puzzles and mysteries, Part I, Unknown indecipherable, Prut Edition, 2008, page 2)

2. Evolution is not proven

Here the authors say “astronomers think they have found the answer in the Big Bang theory.” They think, they do not know and did not demonstrate through experiments because that it is impossible to prove. None of them was present at the creation of the universe and does not have any evidence. They “think” an invented theory which is overly fantastic and strange. Christians believe in the truth of Scripture because:

By faith we understand that theworlds were preparedby the word of God, so that what is seenwas not made out of things which are visible. (Hebrews 11:3)(NASB)

3. Evolution is contrary to the laws of Physics

Christians believe that all things were made by God from unseen things, through His Word. On the other hand, evolutionists contradict themselves when they believe in Bing-bang theory because the laws of Physics say that nothing comes from nothing and disappears without evidence.

4. How did matter, time and space appear?

Evolutionists (atheists) say that matter came from that dot which was expanded after the Big Bang. But if nothing comes from nothing, where does this dot come from?

5. In how many days was the universe created?

The Bible says that God created the world and everything in it in six days and rested on the seventh day. Atheists make jokes and are amazed how Christians believe that such a big universe was created in just six days. Listen to what they believe and teach their children (and when we do not watch they teach our children the same). I quote from the same book mentioned above. It is written on page 3:

Before this explosion (Big Bang) there was nothing: no matter, no space, no time. 15 billion years ago, all matter, time and space were concentrated in one dot at a very high temperature. The terrible explosion caused the expansion of matter that was concentrated and, as it was expanding, the temperature dropped, creating elementary particles such as neutrons, electrons and protons. When the temperature was low enough, these elementary particles were combined, creating atoms; firstly appeared atoms of hydrogen and helium, and later all other elements that make up the periodic table. According to astronomers, these things happened in the first three to four minutes of the universe.” (Great puzzles and mysteries, Part I, Unknown indecipherable, Prut Edition, 2008, page 3)

See? Atheists find it hard to believe that God created the world in six days, but they so easily believe the story that the universe appeared from a dot in 3-4 minutes. Doesn’t the religion of atheism and evolution seem strange? That’s why the Bible says that:

Forthe wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men whosuppress the truthin unrighteousness, becausethat which is known about God is evidentwithin them; for God made it evident to them. Forsince the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen,being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did nothonor Him as God or give thanks, but they becamefutile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened.Professing to be wise, they became fools,  andexchanged the glory of the incorruptible God for an image in the form of corruptible man and of birds and four-footed animals andcrawling creatures. ThereforeGod gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, so that their bodies would bedishonored among them. For they exchanged the truth of God foralie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator,who is blessedforever. Amen. (Romans 1:18-25)(NASB)

One more thing … In my daily agenda there is a daily wise thought expressed in a phrase and the phrase for today is the following:
