Do the children belong to the Church of Christ if they died before being able to decide about their salvation?

Question:

What about a child who has passed away before being able to decide on his salvation, will he go to heaven and yet, he was not a member of a visible church? Does it mean that the visible church is not the same as the real one or that those children get to heaven but not as belonging to the Church, but as those who are the guests at the wedding?

The Bible does not give a specific answer on the status that children who died before being able to decide on their salvation, will have in the Kingdom of Heaven, but Jesus said about children:

“Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14)(NASB)

It is a must for every parent to teach his child the way of salvation from early childhood. With great joy I recently admired a child from the Church that I minister, who is not yet a year, can not walk or talk, but while he was playing and heard the name of Jesus he stopped and pointed to the sky with his finger and when it was the time to have dinner he put his hands together to pray and he with others who were at the table. How blessed he is to have such parents! God help all parents to teach their children the way of salvation since they are little, so that they may make right choices when they will be able to decide for themselves.
