Question:<\/p>\n

My question is this (I don\u2019t speak ironically): Does the Bible speak about foreplay and sexual positions?<\/em>\u00a0Maybe it\u2019s a sin for the woman to be on top, since she must be subject and a helper?<\/em> During the act are kisses on the abdomen, back and neck forbidden?<\/em>\u00a0If it is a sin on the genital area, I think that it may be a sin on other places besides the mouth\u2026<\/em>\u00a0 More specifically, is it written in the Bible how we should make love? I would be happy to read a passage in which oral sex is prohibited for\u00a0some reason, but I want something concrete, where it clearly says: \u201ctouching the X area is capital sin because\u2026\u201d, do not give me some general argument, that God spoke of joining together and that this form of sex is not a joining\u2026<\/em> <\/a><\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Why did I choose to answer this question?<\/h2>\n

Although the author says that she doesn\u2019t speak ironically asking this question, when one reads the passage for the first time, can feel an irony, and given other comments that were placed by the same author on the portal Moldova Cre\u0219tin\u0103<\/a>, I hesitated to answer this question before. But after the author posted\u00a0a comment in which she repeated this question and said that she had gone to a church near her house to ask the priest, and he had driven her away saying she was too young to ask such things, I decided that it is necessary to give an answer. And judging by the questions I receive from other readers, I realize that there are many people who are troubled by these questions and wish to receive a response. God does not want us in ignorance and is ready to answer any questions we have. I have previously published several articles on this topic and I do not want to repeat myself here, so I will limit the responses to the questions from this passage.<\/p>\n

About foreplay<\/h2>\n

In the book Song of Solomon from the Bible it is described the romantic love of King Solomon with his beloved Sulamith. Foreplay is described in the most part of the book. It is wise and necessary for every married man and woman to read this book, from which he\/she will learn how to admire his or her partner and how to give love in a way worthy of God. The book has only 8 chapters.\u00a0 I strongly recommend everyone to study the inductive Bible study course \u201cMarriage without regrets.\u201d Lesson 9 of this course is entirely devoted to how God expects and wants from a Christian man and woman to relate to each other in their sexual relationship in marriage.<\/p>\n

About sexual positions<\/h2>\n

God does not specifically mentions in the Bible any sexual position and especially He does not give any commands that would require one position or prohibit another one. Sexual intercourse is an intimate and sacred aspect of every married couple and God respects the privacy of their relationship. But, I will read a passage from the Bible, which, at least in my opinion, refers to this subject.<\/p>\n

In the I Epistle of Paul to the Corinthians the Apostle answered to the Corinthian Christians, who asked him how a Christian\u2019s sexual behavior had to be in marriage and he wrote to them:<\/p>\n

The husband must fulfill his duty to his wife, and likewise also the wife to her husband. The wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does<\/em>; and likewise also the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does<\/em>. Stop depriving one another, except by agreement for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer, andcome together again so thatSatan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control.(1 Corinthians 7:3-5)(NASB)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The duty of a spouse is to sexually fulfill his covenant partner. In a marriage where both of the spouses wish the other one\u2019s good will not have any problems connected to this subject. A true Christian has God\u2019s love in his heart, and through this love, s\/he always looks for the good of the other. Thus, s\/he will not force his\/her partner, asking to do something that hurts his conscience.<\/p>\n

About oral sex<\/h2>\n

The Bible does not mention specifically about the practice. But I remember that among the first comments posted by the author of this question, that person wrote about herself that she receives and gives oral sex. I will quote her question again:<\/p>\n

I would be happy to read a passage in which oral sex is prohibited on some reason<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This kind of questioning shows me that the practice of oral sex makes her unhappy and she would like an argument that would help her confront the person who imposes this practice on her.<\/p>\n
