It is\u00a0not a\u00a0good thing and\u00a0Lord Jesus does not teach us to behave so\u00a0with\u00a0people of other religion.<\/span> The Apostle Paul wrote to Christians in Colosse so:<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Praying at the same time for us as well, that God will open up to us a door for the word, so that we may speak forth the mystery of Christ, for which I have also been imprisoned;\u00a0that I may make it clear in the way I ought to speak.\u00a0Conduct yourselves with wisdom toward outsiders, making the most of the opportunity.\u00a0Let your speech always be with grace, as though seasoned with salt, so that you will know how you should respond to each person.\u00a0(Colossians 4:3-6)(NASB)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The apostle teaches us to behave with wisdom and to make the most of the opportunity proclaiming the Gospel message and we do this through a\u00a0wise speech, seasoned with salt.<\/span> Muslims need to know the love of God, to hear and understand the gospel of peace.<\/span> What the American pastor Terry Jones wants to do does not look like a\u00a0manifestation of love or wise behavior.<\/span> By this act he only causes anger and hatred for Christians.<\/span> In Muslim countries the picture of Christians is very much distorted\u00a0and by this act our image will be further distorted.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In the Epistle to Titus Paul instructs him to teach\u00a0the Christians so:<\/span><\/p>\n

Remind them to be subject to rulers, to authorities, to be obedient, to be ready for every good deed,\u00a0to malign no one, to be peaceable, gentle, showing every consideration for all men.<\/strong> For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another.\u00a0But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared,\u00a0He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit,\u00a0whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior,\u00a0so that being justified by His grace we would be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.\u00a0This is a trustworthy statement; and concerning these things I want you to speak confidently, so that those who have believed God will be careful to engage in good deeds. See, when it comes to those who hate us and persecute us because we are Christians, we are taught to be careful to engage in\u00a0good deeds, to not malign anyone, to be peaceable and show consideration for all men and to tell all people about God\u2019s love, that\u00a0was shown in Christ Jesus. <\/span>May God help us all of us, to tell\u00a0and show them all his infinite love \u2026.<\/span><\/p>\n
