class=\"hps\">the answer<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">right from the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Orthodox<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Church ministers<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Cocosila<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Adrian<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">wrote an article<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">on this and<\/span> <span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">besides<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"hps\">other arguments<\/span> he <span class=\"hps\">said<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that the instruments<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">were excluded<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">make<\/span> the <span class=\"hps\">Christian <\/span><span class=\"hps\">participate in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">worship<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and not<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">just<\/span> be <span class=\"hps\">a spectator<\/span><span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en\"><span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">The fact is<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that most<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ancient<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">theologians<\/span> insisted on <span class=\"hps\">exclusion of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">instruments<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Christian worship<\/span><span>, argumenting that<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the instruments were<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">widely<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">used in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">worship and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pagan celebrations<\/span><span>.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">John Chrysostom<\/span> pleaded <span class=\"hps\">exclusively for<\/span> <span lang=\"en\"><span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">voice<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <span class=\"hps\">singing<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">said<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in a sermon<\/span><span>:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"td_quote_box td_box_center\">\n<p><span lang=\"en\"><span><span lang=\"en\"><span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">You have ended being the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">flute<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">zither of the Holy<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Spirit.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">And<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">while the others<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sang to the<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">devil<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">you through<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">your<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">stay<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">here<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">making yourselves<\/span> <span lang=\"en\"><span><span lang=\"en\"><span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"> <span class=\"hps\">spiritual<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <span class=\"hps\">bodies and<\/span> spiritual <span class=\"hps\">musical instruments<\/span><span>,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">have<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">allowed<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the Holy<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Spirit<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">your souls<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to sing<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to instill<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">in your hearts<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">grace<\/span><span>.<\/span>\u00a0 That is why it <span class=\"hps\">sounded<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">as a<\/span> very <span class=\"hps\">beautiful song<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that\u00a0<span lang=\"en\"><span><span lang=\"en\"><span><span id=\"result_box\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"hps\">of your<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">songs<\/span><span>;<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">I do not want<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to hear<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the song of<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">your musical<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">instruments<\/span><span class=\"atn\">. &#8220;<\/span><span>God<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">says:<\/span><span>&#8220;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">Depart<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">from Me<\/span><span class=\"hps atn\">&#8221; <\/span><span>and you<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">run<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to<\/span> <span this.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">However, when<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">the sound of music<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">played on<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">instruments is<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">overly<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">loud<\/span><span>, it seems<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">that people are<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">discouraged<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">to participate in<\/span> the <span class=\"hps\">worship<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">through<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">songs<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">and<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">I&#8217;d rather<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">just<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sing with the<\/span> <span
