I am a young Christian man.<\/em><\/span> I do not think that my denomination matters\u2026 I am in love with\u00a0a colleague, who lives\u00a0with her boyfriend but she does not seem to be satisfied of\u00a0the relationship they have.<\/em><\/span>\u00a0We haven\u2019t yet gone out\u00a0together, we just talked on the phone several times.<\/em><\/span> I want to marry her.<\/em><\/span>\u00a0I do not know what her intentions are and I am not yet\u00a0too much emotionally involved.<\/em><\/span> I wish I knew how will it be better to act from now on?<\/em><\/span> Let\u2019s say she\u00a0decides that she\u00a0no longer wants to\u00a0live with her boyfriend.<\/em><\/span> Let\u2019s say that after she reads the Bible which I intend to give her, she returns to God?<\/em><\/span> Should I\u00a0now deny any feelings towards her and recommend her to marry her\u00a0current boyfriend?<\/em><\/span> I would be grateful if you tell me your point of view on this situation. <\/em><\/span>Maybe there are other young people in my situation.<\/em><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Surely there are other young people in your situation and they need to know what God says in the Scripture. <\/span>Previously I have written several articles where I addressed this issue in terms of various life situations that readers\u00a0have presented to me.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Believer\u00a0can marry only the Lord<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, it is sin and wrong to marry a person who is not part of the New Covenant in which you are if you were born again. Christians can marry only in the Lord,<\/a><\/font> that means only a born again Christian.<\/span> Knowing this important fact you should not even\u00a0think about the option to marry a non-Christian girl and so much more to let\u00a0your imagination or feelings be involved in this relationship.<\/span> <\/p>\n

\n

Watch over your heart with all diligence,\u00a0for from it flow the springs of life.<\/span><\/span> (Proverbs 4:23)(NASB)<\/span> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

What can you do for this girl?<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Tell her the Gospel message and do it soon.<\/span> Take the Bible that you were going to give her and\u00a0go\u00a0and tell her the Gospel and that she needs to repent.<\/span> <\/p>\n

I am not sure what you meant\u00a0when you said that she lives with her\u00a0boyfriend, but if this\u00a0means that she has sex with him without being married, you must say that this is a grave sin and an evil thing that will affect her marriage a lot and will\u00a0bring\u00a0their eternal punishment unless they repent, as the Scripture says:<\/span> <\/p>\n

Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled; for fornicators and adulterers God will judge.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>(Hebrews 13:4)(NASB)<\/span> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

If you want to marry, you must tell God this need and\u00a0marry the Christian girl for whom\u00a0He will pour love into\u00a0your heart.<\/span> Maybe just because you do not\u00a0watch over\u00a0your heart and\u00a0think to marry an unbelieving\u00a0girl you haven\u2019t\u00a0yet noticed the\u00a0Christian girl that God has prepared to give you as a wife.<\/span> <\/p>\n
