I have got a question about\u00a0different rituals.<\/em><\/span> My mom is very passionate about horoscopes and she has many books of spells at\u00a0home.<\/em><\/span> She does all sorts of strange things in the\u00a0house.<\/em><\/span> Every Friday night she lights seven candles, or lights only green candles\u00a0(I think to\u00a0return the fortune) and she reads all kinds of prayers from the Bible only on Friday night.<\/em><\/span> I find it very bad that she associates sorcery with God.<\/em><\/span> She<\/em>\u00a0hides all the time and I do not know what other things she does, but I noticed that for some time each Friday, before bedtime, she comes to me and blows on my forehead and does all sorts of strange signs.<\/em><\/span> I\u2019m afraid of her.<\/em><\/span> I do not want to take part in such things.<\/em><\/span> What could these things mean and how can I protect myself?<\/em><\/span> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

God categorically condemns the\u00a0horoscope,<\/a> sorcery and\u00a0wizards practiced\u00a0by your mother and, as you say, it\u00a0is an abomination that she uses for these purposes even the Bible.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Explain to your mother the seriousness of her deeds<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

To understand better, I invite you to read the article What does the Bible say about fortune-telling and witchcraft?<\/a><\/font><\/u> Then go to your mother and tell her all these truths, but insist\u00a0in\u00a0the explanation as to make sure she understands\u00a0what it is all about.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Enter a\u00a0covenant with the Lord Jesus Christ<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

I do not know if\u00a0you are born again and if you received the Holy Spirit. <\/span>If you have not yet had this experience in your life, it is possible that your mother\u2019s sorcery\u00a0has already\u00a0affected you or can affect you now.<\/span> Therefore, seek to understand better what means to be born again<\/a> and how it can happen in your life.<\/span> Then, repent wholeheartedly to receive the Holy Spirit and to be\u00a0fully released from the power of evil spirits by which all magicians are done.<\/span> <\/p>\n

Urge your mother to repent<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Following your example, urge your mother\u00a0to repent, because only so she can\u00a0be released from the clutches of idolatry in which she has been\u00a0caught.<\/span> If she\u00a0does not want to repent, at least \u2026<\/span> <\/p>\n

Ask your mom to stop these practices<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

It is unlikely that she\u00a0will stop practicing them if she does not repent, but it is important that\u00a0you asked this, and that you insist on it.<\/span> <\/p>\n

If your\u00a0mother does not want to move away from sorcery \u2026<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Then you have to leave the house where you live now and to seek a separate place to live, in the hope that your\u00a0mother will understand and will soon repent of her evil deeds.<\/span> <\/p>\n
