I have been masturbating since my childhood.<\/em> I do not know where it\u00a0started and I could not stop.<\/em>\u00a0There are very many negative effects and\u00a0I would like not do that anymore, but it is already\u00a0too late.<\/em> My question is if anything else may be done\u00a0(although I have tried), which are my chances of establishing a relationship with God?<\/em>\u00a0Does that mean they I am\u00a0compromised from this point of view?<\/em> I am very curious to know why God allowed this thing to happen to children, who\u00a0simply do not realize what they are doing until it is too late?<\/em> I do not understand anything. <\/em>I admit that I am\u00a0guilty, but, on the other hand, I wonder why this has happened to me?<\/em> I never wanted this to happen to me, I did not choose this kind of\u00a0life.<\/em>\u00a0As a child, I\u00a0simply got used\u00a0with an incomprehensible habit\u00a0at that time that I can\u00a0not get free of\u00a0today.<\/em>\u00a0What can I do to get rid of masturbation?<\/em> Is there any way to be released? <\/em>I am aware of my sin and I would like\u00a0to change, to be a normal person, because, in my opinion, masturbation is abnormal and whoever says something else\u00a0has not yet known its effects.<\/em> Please help me.<\/em> Thank you.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The author has addressed several questions, and I think\u00a0I have already given the answer to most of them in the article About the sin of masturbation.<\/a> However, there remain some questions awaiting answers that I will\u00a0give in this article.<\/p>\n

Why has God allowed it to happen to you?<\/strong><\/p>\n

That is the question of the author of the\u00a0message and, I assume, many others have asked themselves this question regarding the masturbation that they practice, or regarding other sins in which\u00a0they have fallen since childhood. The truth is that God has no fault in it and the Bible teaches us this:<\/p>\n

Let no one say when he is tempted (and masturbation is a great temptation for people who have started to practice it), <\/em>\u201cI am being tempted by God\u201d; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone.\u00a0But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust.\u00a0Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death. (James 1:13-15)(NASB)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And it\u00a0is not a secret for anyone that the\u00a0fall into sin of the first people drew the penalty on us all, because all of us inherited this sinful nature and we can\u00a0be released from it only through faith in Jesus Christ by being born again<\/a> and by the Holy Spirit that\u00a0we receive from Him when we believe from our\u00a0heart and repent. Not God, but the sinful lust of the flesh that you have inherited from your parents at birth, that lust has conceived the thought of sin, then gave birth to sin and then you began\u00a0to practice it, now\u00a0bearing the consequences, and if you do not stop you will draw on you an eternal destruction.<\/p>\n

It is never too late to be released from the sin of masturbation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The people who lived in the city of Corinth\u00a0were practicing an\u00a0immorality that has become proverbial, because in the Roman Empire, when someone wanted to hurt a person, it was sufficient to name him\u00a0\u201dCorinthian\u201d, which ment that the person was accused of practicing all\u00a0known and unknown sexual perversions. But, because of His great mercy\u00a0to the people, God sent the Apostle Paul to preach the Gospel message to the immoral people from\u00a0Corinth and many of them have entered\u00a0a covenant with the Lord Jesus. It is true that some believed that they could\u00a0continue to practice\u00a0immorality while\u00a0having\u00a0inheritance in the Kingdom of Heaven. That is why the Apostle has written them:<\/p>\n

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (men who prostitute themselves with other men acting like women),<\/em> nor homosexuals,\u00a0nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.\u00a0Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.\u00a0<\/span>(1 Corinthians 6:9-11)(NASB)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The person who sent the question believes that she became slave of a\u00a0heavy immoral sexual practice,\u00a0as masturbation is and she can not escape because she\u00a0has become very dependent. All attempts to abandon it have failed. I just want to draw her attention to from what ugly and perverse sexual practices were released some of the city of Corinth when they believed wholeheartedly in Jesus Christ and thus they have been washed, sanctified and justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our\u00a0God. Who of those immoral effeminate and homosexuals\u00a0would have ever had\u00a0hope of healing before? Surely no one could believe it. But in His\u00a0great mercy, God has released them and\u00a0gave them a new, clean, beautiful life and free from the slavery of sexual perversions because they wanted to be released\u00a0and came to the One who can really release them,\u00a0the Lord Jesus.<\/p>\n

The solution is to establish the relationship with God <\/strong><\/h2>\n

In her desperation, the author\u00a0of the letter asks if\u00a0there is a possibility for her to establish a relationship with God, meaning the sin of which she is enslaved. Yes, there is. If it was possible for the immoral people\u00a0of Corinth,\u00a0if it was possible for all sinners in this world who came to Jesus and received forgiveness, then it is possible for her. But people think that they must firstly\u00a0free themselves from sins, become perfect, that is holy, and only then\u00a0they can\u00a0come to God to be accepted by Him. It is not so.\u00a0No. God calls us to come to Him just as we are, just to cleanse us from sins, vices and perversions of which we have been enslaved and then, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and repentance from the heart, to give us a new life\u00a0and\u00a0to make us new creatures and give us His Holy Spirit. When the Spirit of God\u00a0comes to dwell within us, together with\u00a0Him the power\u00a0of\u00a0God will come and\u00a0it will\u00a0free us from the bondage of the sinful nature in which we have been\u00a0before.<\/p>\n

These are very important truths that the person who sent the message and all who are aware of their sinful desperate condition need to understand and apply them in life.<\/p>\n
