The\u00a0Bible says:<\/span> <\/p>\n When Saul inquired of the LORD, the LORD did not answer him, either by dreams or by Urim or by prophets. <\/span><\/span>(I Samuel 28:6)(NASB)<\/span> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n He, Saul, received the clear message from God through Samuel when he was still alive, but has ignored this message and persecuted\u00a0David every way, trying to kill him, because David\u00a0had to take his place. <\/span>Because\u00a0he could not agree with\u00a0the decision of God, Saul insisted to get a solution, a different answer from God, a favorable one. <\/span>Therefore, in his despair, after he had used all legal ways\u00a0to communicate with God and received no response, he decided to use\u00a0a sinful one, that he himself had\u00a0banned.<\/span> <\/p>\n Therefore, God came to tell him the same message\u00a0once again, through\u00a0the same man, because God is the same yesterday, today and forever and with Him there is no variableness,\u00a0neither shadow of turning.<\/span> Therefore, God, who is omnipotent, consented\u00a0that Samuel could be called and\u00a0tell him the following message:<\/span> <\/p>\n <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Then Samuel said to Saul, \u201cWhy have you disturbed me by bringing me up?\u201d And Saul answered, \u201cI am greatly distressed; for the Philistines are waging war against me, and God has departed from me and no longer answers me, either through prophets or by dreams; therefore I have called you, that you may make known to me what I should do.\u201d\u00a0Samuel said, \u201cWhy then do you ask me, since the LORD has departed from you and has become your adversary?\u00a0The LORD has done accordingly as He spoke through me; for the LORD has torn the kingdom out of your hand and given it to your neighbor, to David.\u00a0As you did not obey the LORD and did not execute His fierce wrath on Amalek, so the LORD has done this thing to you this day.\u00a0Moreover the LORD will also give over Israel along with you into the hands of the Philistines, therefore tomorrow you and your sons will be with me.
