Why wouldn\u2019t it\u00a0exist a Christian university in Moldova, with faculties as medicine, foreign languages and economics, or at least\u00a0foreign languages, so that\u00a0only believers could learn\u00a0here, paying decent contracts.<\/em><\/span> You know, I lived in the capital at the dormitory and life was hard among unbelievers, in addition to this, I realized that I hate college, so I switched to non-attendance.<\/em><\/span>\u00a0Now I stay home for one year and I can not find something to work.<\/em><\/span>\u00a0If it were a Christian university \u2026 Many of my acquaintances are also studying by correspondence because it is difficult among the unbelievers.<\/em><\/span> I am going through a depression because I have no support, I do not have any acquaintances and no friends, no one gives me any advice.<\/em><\/span> What do you think about the University?<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

My dream for the Christian university (universities) from Moldova<\/span><\/h4>\n

I also want very much to have a\u00a0Christian university in Moldova, even some more and I look forward to the day when there will be one.<\/span> And I also dream that the best teachers would teach in this university, or universities, who would also\u00a0be exemplary Christians, people who preach and live\u00a0the message\u00a0of the Gospel everyday\u00a0and are\u00a0examples and models for their students.<\/span><\/p>\n

I want that the\u00a0deep study of the Holy Scriptures would\u00a0be included in the study program\u00a0of these universities,\u00a0for all faculties and graduates,\u00a0when they would go to their places of work, they<\/span>\u00a0would\u00a0not only\u00a0be the best specialists, but also\u00a0good and powerful preachers of the\u00a0message of the Gospel, so that all people would learn from them about the salvation that is in Christ.<\/span><\/p>\n

When someone would come to a doctor, a graduate of this faculty, she may be treated with the greatest love, the highest quality and receive spiritual healing, too.<\/span> When\u00a0someone would ask for\u00a0the service of a\u00a0lawyer,\u00a0a graduate of this university, she may\u00a0be effectively protected by the law, but she may also\u00a0learn the perfect law, that is the law of liberty, the Word of God.<\/span>\u00a0Thus, by this university or universities\u00a0a spiritual awakening would come to\u00a0our country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Why is there no Christian university in Moldova today?<\/span><\/h4>\n

There are several reasons.<\/span>\u00a0I think that one is\u00a0lack of experience in this regard, but also the legal framework that creates difficult conditions for those who wish to do this.<\/span>\u00a0There have been several attempts.<\/span>\u00a0Some have failed, but others go on well, and we need to pray for those who make effort in this regard.<\/span><\/p>\n

Several years ago, Pentecostal Union of the Republic of Moldova<\/a> founded the Christian school \u201cElim\u201d and this year, because many students have passed the secondary program in the school, they expanded and started high school classes. <\/span>God help them continue and maybe when they get the high school classes to graduate,\u00a0God will bless them to expand further and to found a Christian university.<\/span><\/p>\n

God bless the leaders of other Christian denominations with vision, resources and power to follow the same example and to build schools and Christian universities and we expect from the present leadership of the country to review the legislation and to enact laws that would facilitate and ease the process establishing Christian schools and universities.<\/span> It remains to pray for it.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a pastor of the \u201cGood News\u201d Church<\/a>, I\u00a0dream that the church\u00a0would grow in number and potential, so that the church members would found\u00a0a Christian school, an university and\u00a0they would be the most qualified teachers in these educational institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

University is the Christian student\u2019s mission field<\/span><\/h4>\n

My\u00a0nephews have graduated from high school this year and both my sister and my brother-in-law wanted them to live at the dormitory, but when they went and saw the accommodations there, they gave up and sought\u00a0to\u00a0hire an apartment\u00a0for them.<\/span>\u00a0From what\u00a0they told me, I could not believe that such is the life at dormitory now.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, we, Christians, are called to be lights in any place and to light before the people, living\u00a0according to\u00a0the Word of God and announcing the salvation that is in Christ. <\/span>I do not want thus to say that it is necessary for all Christians\u00a0to live in dorms, but I mean that if they do not have\u00a0other possibility and they must live there, they should\u00a0be lights there and tell everyone about Christ,\u00a0be examples and form Bible study groups there.<\/span><\/p>\n

Depression is not compatible with the Christian life.<\/span>\u00a0We have the hope of glory within us\u00a0and we must live according to this hope and tell everyone about it.<\/span><\/p>\n

Do not ignore the unbelieving people, do not\u00a0stay away from them, but love them, going to preach the gospel.<\/span>\u00a0So the apostles did, so all Christians who loved God have done in all ages, and we must also\u00a0do this.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before leaving this earth, Jesus left us this command:<\/span><\/p>\n

And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, \u201cAll authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.\u00a0\u201dGo therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,\u00a0teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.\u201d (Matthew 28:18-20)(NASB)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The calling\u00a0of the Christian student is to make\u00a0disciples of his un believing colleagues and his mission place\u00a0is university\u00a0or any other school where she studies.<\/span><\/p>\n

What does the reader think in this regard and\u00a0how does she see a future Christian university in Moldova?<\/span> What can be done to bring to reality the dream of us all?<\/span><\/p>\n
