How can a moral degradation happen in a country whose 95% of population claim to be Christians? <\/span>Do you know that in 1990, the birth rate was 2.3 children per woman and this is the norm for a nation to perpetuate.<\/span> In 2000 the rate was lowered to 1.3 births per woman, which is catastrophic.<\/span>\u00a0 The same report says that in 1990 of 100 children, 11 were born outside marriage, and in 2000 the number of these children\u00a0rose to 21.<\/span> This means that each 5th<\/sup> child\u00a0from\u00a0the country is born in adultery.<\/span> Lord Jesus says in the Gospel:<\/span><\/p>\n You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again?
