It is easy to rule over your emotion when people treat you well and with respect. But, when conflict situations\u00a0occur, when you are provoked to anger, then it is difficult to control yourself.\u00a0He who\u00a0controls himself will think better, calmly and will not\u00a0be out of temper, because in this way, he will do wrong.\u00a0He who\u00a0controls himself is slow to anger\u00a0and self control values more than courage and bravery. You will be able to overcome the most difficult life conflicts only by self control and wisdom from God.<\/p>\n
Lack of self control makes you extremely vulnerable<\/h2>\n
Another Proverb from the Holy Book says:<\/p>\n
\nLike a city that is broken into and without walls\u00a0is a man who has no control over his spirit. (Proverbs of Solomon 25:28)(NASB)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
This man will be easily provoked to anger and to unwittingly deeds, that will bring him ruin, shame and suffering.<\/p>\n

Self control is a fruit of the Holy Spirit<\/h2>\n
You ask yourself how you can become a person who keeps his temper. Every person who believes in the Lord Jesus from all the heart and enters the covenant with Him, receives the Holy Spirit from God. Together with the Holy Spirit, God pours His love into our hearts, and we are also given spiritual gifts to serve other children of God and so, our characters are changed, as Apostle Paul writes:<\/p>\n
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,\u00a0gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.\u00a0Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. (Galatians 5:22\u201324)(NASB)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
Everyone who received the Holy Spirit can control himself, meaning that he is not provoked to anger and other bad emotions. The only responsibility of this man is to let himself be led by the Spirit of God,\u00a0that lives in him, \u00a0in every circumstance.
