Question: Greeting, dear brother! In one of your articles I read about a brother who had been healed from cancer. I’d like to know the following: have you made a special prayer with oil anointment before the healing happened?(James’ example) I am interested in your personal experience, what is your opinion about this? I am asking about this because one brother told me that healing by prayer without anointment is less efficient than the healing with the anointment and that every illness is caused by an unclean spirit\/demon that is specialized in it.On your site I haven’t seen any articles about believers being demon-possessed. I know what the Bible says about this, since I have studied it, but I think you should write an article about that. Thank you.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n Indeed in an article I mentioned brother Valeriu Nistor who is a pastor in the baptist church in Capriana and whom God miraculously healed from cancer. I wasn’t present at that special prayer, but I did take part in many other prayers for healing. In this article I don’t want to look at my experience or somebody else’s. We will look at what the Word of God says about this issue<\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Is anyone among you sick? He should call for the elders of the church, and they should pray for him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will save the person who is sick. The Lord will raise him up, and if he has committed any sins, he will be forgiven.<\/em><\/span>Therefore, make it your habit to confess your sins to one another and to pray for one another, so that you may be healed. God established a certain order that we should call for the elders of the church that we attend.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.<\/strong> When the elders come to the sick man’s house to make the special prayer, it is important that the sick man confesses not only to the elders, but also to those whom he has sinned against.
