Yesterday I\u00a0had a parents\u2019 meeting at school where our sons study, and the meeting took place in a Maths classroom. I remember that there are different formulae, rules and portraits of mathematicians on the walls of\u00a0our school. I was suprised to see some profound teachings hanging in nice frames\u00a0in this\u00a0Maths classroom\u00a0and I was glad to see that the teacher sets great store by spiritual things. As I came home I tried to find these\u00a0lines on Internet, but I haven\u2019t managed, it seems they haven\u2019t been posted yet. At least, I used all my knowledge to look for them on Internet, but I haven\u2019t found such kind of text. Here is a stanza of what I saw in that classroom:<\/p>\n

Man is like a black glass,<\/p>\n

You don\u2019t know what\u2019s inside of him;<\/p>\n

You think he\u2019s bad and he\u2019s like\u00a0bread,<\/p>\n

You think he\u2019s good and he\u2019s a tyrant\u2026<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

When God sent Samuel to\u00a0Jesse\u00a0from Bethleem to\u00a0anoint one of his sons as the king of Israel, the Bible says that Samuel\u2026<\/p>\n

consecrated Jesse and his sons and invited them to the sacrifice.\u00a0When they entered, he looked at Eliab and thought, \u201cSurely the LORD\u2019S anointed is before Him.\u201d\u00a0But the LORD said to Samuel, \u201cDo not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for God sees not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.\u201d\u00a0Then Jesse called Abinadab and made him pass before Samuel. And he said, \u201cThe LORD has not chosen this one either.\u201d\u00a0Next Jesse made Shammah pass by. And he said, \u201cThe LORD has not chosen this one either.\u201d\u00a0Thus Jesse made seven of his sons pass before Samuel. But Samuel said to Jesse, \u201cThe LORD has not chosen these.\u201d\u00a0And Samuel said to Jesse, \u201cAre these all the children?\u201d And he said, \u201cThere remains yet the youngest, and behold, he is tending the sheep.\u201d Then Samuel said to Jesse, \u201cSend and bring him; for we will not sit down until he comes here.\u201d\u00a0So he sent and brought him in. Now he was ruddy, with beautiful eyes and a handsome appearance And the LORD said, \u201cArise, anoint him; for this is he.\u201d (1 Samuel 16:5\u201312)(NASB)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Don\u2019t judge anyone\u00a0by his\/her aspect and don\u2019t look at the outward appearance. The first impression can be very deceptive.<\/p>\n
