\"Scopul<\/p>\n

These days I received exactly this question from a visitor of the portal www.moldovacrestina.md.<\/a> No one can achieve life to the fullest if he does not know the purpose for which he was created. In this article I come to present two biblical texts in which we can see what is the purpose of human creation. This question is of great importance to every human being.<\/span><\/p>\n

The purpose of the creation of man was to represent the character of God. This is how the Bible describes the creation of man.<\/span><\/p>\n

Then God said, \u201c<\/span> Let Us make mankind in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the livestock and over all the earth, and over every crawling thing that crawls on the earth.\u201d So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. (Genesis 1:26-27 NASB)<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

God is Spirit, and when the Word of God says that man was created in His image to be an image of God, he is referring to the spiritual part, or the character of God. These are His expectations of man, to live so that other people around us may know what God’s character is like, to see His goodness, love, mercy, and justice in all our actions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In the book of the prophet Isaiah, God speaks of the purpose of the creation of men. The text is directly addressed to the people of Israel, but this truth applies to all people of all nations, namely:<\/span><\/p>\n

Everyone who is called by My name, and whom I have created for My glory, whom I have formed, even whom I have made.\u201d<\/span> (Isaiah 43:7 NASB)<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The word translated in this text with “glory” is the Hebrew “kabor” which also means abundance, honor, glory. For this, God created us, to bring Him honor and glory in abundance, reflecting His beautiful character.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

What purpose do you have in life? What do you live your life for? What do you run after? You cannot have fulfillment in life until you return to living according to the purpose for which you were created. May God help you with this.<\/span><\/p>\n
