Can a person be born again through a dream?

I do not know of any examples in the Bible of such an event. One thing that is very clear, being born again happens when a person is absolutely sure of what he is doing, and make a conscious decision to enter into the New Covenant through the Lord Jesus Christ by faith. Do you know of anyone who was born again through a dream?
